I picked out Saige the end of last month from AGPLA. I've been eyeing her all year and finally decided I wanted her in my collection, since I was lacking a doll with the classic face. As mentioned in an earlier review, many of the dolls had uneven eyes and I had to go through several to find one which did not look like she was squinting in one eye. I also had issues with the placement of the eyebrows on many of the dolls, most were clear on the doll's forehead and gave a shocked/bewildered/startled expression. I stumbled upon this gal and knew she was the one.
Taking out the rope braid, the hair is a nice length but is a bit frizzy and dry on the ends. I thought it was odd that she came with a "Care for Your Doll with STRAIGHT hair" hang tag when she clearly has wavy locks. Also interesting to note is how the hang tag is now printed in English and French, possibly in a move for our Québécois friends.
The meet dress is a little plain but looks great when jazzed up with her meet accessories. Her generic blue underwear is not printed with her logo like past GOTY, which I find disappointing. Her logo is subtlety used on her earrings. At the store the display dolls had the ring over her index finger and it slid off quite easily but when placed on the ring finger as pictured in the catalog, it holds in place well.
Saige looks surprisingly mature when placed next to my other dolls and I am surprised I like her more than I thought I would.
I chose not to get Saige, but I wanted the meet outfit. It did not disappoint. This is probably my favorite of all of the GOTY outfits. The style and color of the dress, the wonderful detailing and color of the boots as well as the style give it a big A+ from me.
I'm going to make this quick for the moment. I got Saige earlier this week. I wasn't sure what I would think of her honestly, since I already have a PM Felicity and Nicki. I figured I'd give her a shot and sell her later next year if she wasn't for me. My Saige has more brown in her hair then red, but her eyes are a lovely shade which I feel her meet outfit doesn't do them any justice. I like that she comes with earrings at no extra charge. Since she's been here I thinks she's going to stick around. She's my funky fresh artist (just need more clothes for the girl).
I finally got the nerve to take her hair down tonight. I'm not the biggest fan of curly hair, which is why I waited so long to get her. My Kanani has lovely loose waves, but my Nicki has thin, dry curls that are a bit fly away no matter what I do. Saige's hair is much thicker than Nicki's and longer which I like. While it's curlier than Kanani's but not so much as Nicki's, it's a nice curl which I'm hoping relaxes out even more. She looks lovely with her hair down. She looks more mature than my other dolls, aside from my #25. I'll get pictures later.
Love the ring, fits nice and snug on her. Doubt that is coming off without me tugging on it.

I love this doll. Many say she is a Nicki with Felicity's wig but I choose not to believe this. Her curly, long hair can sometimes be a pain in the neck. Her outfit is a nice shade of blue. Her ring can be easily lost.I give this doll a B+.
Hi!I'm Jessica aka Jess or Jessie.I was recently on the AGFMB run by the wonderful Liz until she got rid of it and so now I'm here!I have Saige and Molly my mini doll.Soon to come is Rebecca if you can see I have been bitten by the Rebecca bug!
Love Saige. Not a lot to say. She's beautiful and my first GOTY doll. The only doll I have with pierced ears. Her hair color is near exact to mine! She has a cute head tilt, but does not seem to have even length legs. She can balance fine, but not with both feet flat on a level surface. Her clothes are cute, decent meet outfit. Haven't lost the ring. I prefer to keep it on her pinkie, then it doesn't fall off since you can wedge it up her finger more. The boots are to die for. Want some for me. Her earrings are cute.

I originally wasn't planning on getting Saige because she's pretty similar to #23, but after seeing so many great photos on here of all of your Saige dolls, I just had to get her! I got her back in October when I had a weekend off of work, and I fell in love with her right away! I renamed her Abby because Saige isn't my favorite name. Her hair is a really pretty color, and her eyes are probably my favorite eyes AG has ever made. Her meet outfit is nice too, and her sweater and tunic outfits are two of my favorite AG outfits.

I recently became an AG collector, and decided I really wanted to add Saige to my collection (after she was no longer available from AG)????. I purchased her new off of eBay a few weeks ago. She is a beautiful doll, but for some reason I am really struggling to "bond" with her. I can't quite figure out why. I love her hair...the color, curl, and length are all wonderful! Her eye color is gorgeous, and her freckles are adorable.
Every now and then, though, I keep thinking her eyes are different shapes/sizes. Perhaps you can see the difference too?...or just assure me I am only imagining things. ☺️
My Kate is without doubt my favourite AG doll. She is the first one to look remotely like me, so it was obvious that she would be a part of my collection. Everyone has said everything that needs to be said, so I'll add photos instead!
I'm Erin. I'm a 15 year old, Year 10 Australian girl who loves dolls, Australian television and music!
