I love this outfit so much more seeing it in person than in pictures. The shoes are well made and are easy to put on. The shorts are a canvas type material, with cute pockets. The shirt is a halter style with elastic on the back and a velcro neck closure. I give it an A.

Easy Breezy Outfit A woven halter top with a fresh plaid-and-floral print Turquoise canvas shorts have cuffed leg hems and baggy pockets Pink sneakers with elastic turquoise laces $28 Above is the AG description, personally I think the shorts are a dark teal colour and the laces are the same colour. The shorts are a thick canvas type material and feel like amazing quality. The halter is a light cotton poly fabric.
The fit is beautiful but I did have a hard time getting the halter on. I tried over the head but had to opt for feet in first. Once it is on it looks really cute! The shoes just slide on. I have never had AG shoes that were so easy to get on and yet they don't slip off.

This outfit is SO stinking cute, and it's wonderful to see AG put out another outfit for under $30. It looks a little skimpy on the website, but it looks great in person and I love the mix and match potential. The shorts are cut wide enough that you could layer tights underneath and transition them into a winter piece.
I love the way the saturated turquoise looks against the medium skin tones. It is probably my favorite summer casual outfit release for MyAGs in awhile; it's really accurate to what little girls wear to go out and play in the summertime.

If you are buying this for a child, the tabs on the backs of the sneakers make pulling them on really easy! There's enough leftover room in there for a pair of tights. Maaaaybe a thin pair of socks; I didn't try, though.
The pockets work, and they're deep enough that a doll could stash some to-scale coins or something in there if you really wanted to.

I think a couple years ago, this would have been a $24 or $26 outfit, but the times, they are a-changin' for AG pricing. I give this a solid A.
Happy holidays from a sugar-crashed Trudy and Ingrid!
Dolls: Kirsten (PC), Molly (PC), Trudy (#42), Ingrid (modern Marie-Grace), and Kit
I don't like the cut of the top of this outfit. It shows the most unflattering parts of the AG doll, namely the vinyl to cloth transition, not just in at the neck line but around the arms too, not to mention the back with drawstring so exposed. But it's just so darned cute, that I have to give it a thumbs up. It's one of the few full priced outfits I picked up for the dolls in this release, and I'm glad that I did. It was difficult to decide who got to wear it this summer as it looks good on most all of the dolls. The shorts are very well made with more detailing like real pockets and fly front and waistband than it needs to have with the long top that covers most of it. But great for mix and match. ti's a very nice piece and the top is just adorable. The plaid and floral print work so well together and is representative of a lot of clothes on the market for girls this year. I suggest putting the top on the doll first, starting at the feet since the shorts are bulky with all of the detail it has.
Pricey, yes, but hard to find anything that hits the mark as well for these dolls.
Shirt: I want to love this shirt, but I don't. I love matching patterns, so that's what drew me to the outfit in the first place. The patterns ARE cute and go together well. I also like the color scheme (different for AG). However, and maybe it's just my shirt, but I found the shirt (with the elastic back) hard to get on over the doll's butt. I'm worried it will stretch out over time and then not fit as well. While I think it would fit going over some dolls' heads, other dolls just have so much hair that I think I would run into the same issue, or it would really mess up their hair putting it on that way. I would have much preferred that they had used velcro for the main back of the shirt as well, instead of elastic. Grade:B Shorts: The shorts are really cute. I love the color. The fit/shape is very current, and I also like that they have functional pockets. Very nice material too. Nothing bad to say about these! Grade:A+ Shoes: These are cute and easy to get on. They are casual and would work for a lot of mix-and-match situations, the only downside being issues matching the colors. I do like the colors, though. Grade:A-
Overall Grade: B+/A- Worth it for the PWP, absolutely, because it's adorable (and the shorts alone are worth it!), but not sure I would have paid full price for it after the fit issues I had with the shirt.

I purchased this outfit when it was the in store PWP and I'm very pleased with it. I love the colors and the print. The fit is great and I had no issues getting the top on. The shoes are really cute and slip on easily. The shorts are great, very well made. I would give this an A+.

I picked this up at AGPMOA earlier this year. This outfit is really cute, even cuter in person, but getting it on Wendy, my chubby PM #12 was difficult to say the least. But it fits fine once it's actually on... getting into it is a bit of a workout though.
