This item was released in 2007 and retired in 2015. It is part of Julie's first bedroom collection; other parts of this release include her Bed & Bedding I and Room Accessories. During the BeForever era (2015-2019), these were replaced with Julie's second bedroom collection (which included her Zigzag Pajamas, Bed & Bedding II, and Daisy Vanity Set). In October 2019, the third bedroom collection was released (with her Pajamas & Robe, Groovy Bed & Bedding, and Bedside Table & Shag Rug).
Fluttering butterflies and flared legs give Julie's PJs distinctive 70s style. Includes pajama pants, an empire-waist tunic, and a pair of pink velour slippers with a butterfly embroidered on each toe.
Julie's pajamas are a lot nicer than I was expecting. They are a nice thick material and very plush. Soft and cuddly- the butterfly trim and bow are pretty. These are nice and roomy on Julie.
The slippers are adorable. I like how the back of the slippers is cloth instead of a clear plastic band. The plastic ones break really easy, so these are much better.

I can only add that these are so authentic 70's. I had a pair exactly like them! The slippers do stay on the best of any AG slipper I've ever had. And the pink of her pajamas exactly matches her underwear too, so you could just use the top and undies as a 'baby doll' pajama set as was popular in the 70's as well. Julie's slippers and close up of trim on her pjs

I just received both the doll AND the girl set.. I agree about the slippers.I am really pleased it is fluffy fabric and not the plactic. This REALLY is cute. The girl set is made of similar soft fabric and I am really happy I got both.My daughter is going to love them. This color pink is going to look great with Julies skin tone.I want a pair for MYSELF!

This set is so cute! I just got it today at AGPC for my recently accquired Julie and it looks adorable on her. The fabric is a very soft cotton and the pajamas are roomy and seem like they would be very comfortable to sleep in. The pattern on the edges of the neckline and sleeve is really cute also. The PJ's look very 70s, like something Cindy Brady would have worn. The slippers are very nice also, soft and fuzzy! They get an A+ from me!

These are thick and cuddly, winter pyjamas (too warm for summer, even as a babydoll, I think), and the slippers are so cute. Unlike her sandals, the backs are cloth, so I stress less about them breaking. The trim is really sweet too, and it all ties together so nicely. something for her hair to tie her braids back would have been nice, but it's not necessary. grade: A

I'm not a big fan of pink but I am so glad I ordered these pajamas! :] They are so soft and my Julie looks so cute in them, she's been wearing them for a few days now! A+ since I really can't say enough nice things about them.

I was 9 years old in 1974 just like Julie and I had a pair of pajamas made exactly like this just a different color. This brought back a lot of memories. I was so busy wishing I was a grown up now what I wouldn't do to go back to those carefree, innocent days. (SIGH!)
The jammies are super soft and very nicely made. The slippers are very plush.

This is one of my favorite pajama sets. My daughter absolutely loves these pajamas, and they look really nice on Julie. The material is not thin, which is a huge plus in my opinion. The slippers are wonderful. I also am not generally a fan of all pink, but I still really love these pajamas.

I've had these on my list to get for awhile now and finally got them for Christmas. I absolutely love them! They are so soft and nicely made. The slippers fit well and the pj's are pretty roomy.

I'm not a fan of Julie, but I could not resist the pajamas! I saw them and thought, "These are perfect for Erin!" I love the color and the texture and the design of them. I also love the slippers. EDIT: Currently Hannah's wearing them and she looks adorable!

The pajamas are very soft. They work well as a set of winter PJ's for modern girls. Grade A

These pjs are so cute and very soft. The look nearly identical to a set I had except mine were blue.
