The outfit is very cute and will cordinate with her other outfits I own.

I would give it an A+ but for some reason i have a thing aganist orange so don't let it no being an A+ product influence you it's just me. Also becuase of the gochous not looking like actual gouchus.

When I first saw this outfit, I thought, "Holy snap, that it the ugliest whatever that thing is I've ever seen." But gradually, it grew on me. You see, anyone can love purple corduroy gauchos!

So about the outfit. The top is cute, and looks good with the jeans that Julie arrives in. The gauchos are...tolerable. They actually look more like gauchos and less like a big ugly skirt like they did in the premiere photos. But corduroy is just not my favorite material. Still, they look alright. The boots are kind of hard to get on, but not annoyingly frustrating or anything. It does not take more than a minute to push them on.

So yes, call it ugly if you like, along with the rest of 1970s. But I like it. My mom also says that it's historically accurate, if that means anything to anyone. ...I don't think it does.

I think my Julie looks adorable in her outfit, and I got the hat and scarf, too. I am not, however, fond of the velcro in the back of the boots. Makes it hard to get them on. A side zip is so much easier for...say...AG's target audience to do IMO.

Wonderful outfit. Very thick and sturdy pieces. The boots were a bit of a bear at first, but I got the technique down. The tunic and boots also can be used with modern girls.
