First, let's look at Ivy's earrings. Ivy's earrings pull out -- -- so you can slip other earrings over the post -- -- and put new earrings in! Here's the bag everyone's been ooing over. The patches are ironed on. I hope we don't see these on eBay in a few years with the patches pulled off! I'm not worried about MY bag, because I'm an adult, but if you've got a really rough kid it might be a problem. There's a big patch on the back. I'm not sure what you could put back there, but you could figure out something. For example: The Chinese coin! Fairly big for a doll coin, and it feels like real metal. I have no idea what coin it's supposed to be. Only thing I don't like THAT much about the bag is that it's hard to get it to sit on her shoulder! I was too dumb to take a picture of the beret. It seems a little pilled already, I hope it's not nasty in a few years. Also, I have no idea how AG got Ivy's beret on her head like they did, because mine doesn't stretch like that.

I had to fight with Ivy's hat, too. Her hair makes it really difficult for it to stay on very well.

Has everyone had problems with Ivy's hat? We got Ivy in March and still can't get it on her head. Her bangs get all squashed and then it moves up in the back because her slick hair.

LOL I was playing with Ivy and having trouble with her beret, so I opened this thread to see what others were doing with it. I guess we're all having trouble. So I took some pictures. There's definitely a problem with her hair being too slick for it to stay put. When I am trying to get it on her, if it doesn't come off, it ends up like this: With the edge folded under, I was able to get to do this, which stayed on through light shaking and being turned upside down and looks decent, I think: With the edge rolled back down, this is the closest I could get to AG's style, but it's not near as cute -- too poofy: So I gave up and went with it. Ivy's a muffin for Halloween: What Bean said on the rest of the accessories. But Ivy's hair falls over her ears so I don't get to see her earrings much. That's a bummer. Overall rating: B+

I got these accessories when the $10 off code was out because I only wanted the bag; And I didn't want to spend that much just on the bag!
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hat was kind of cute, and surprisingly it works fine on my #8; I don't have pictures yet and I'll try it on my Mia as well, but I didn't have much of a problem. That seems to me that it might be something to do with Ivy's hair; You do have to give it a good stretch.
The earrings.. well, I can't use them but they're cute. As is the lucky coin.
The bag though, is just adorable. Mine had the patches SEWN on, which kind of frustrated me to be honest because it means that the front 2 pockets are not fully open. It's incredibly well-made and adorable, and I'm planning on making a bunch of cute little denim bags inspired by this one because I love it *that much* Only criticism is the yellow strap, I wish it were denim because I feel like then it'd go with more things; With a yellow strap I think of the bag as part yellow, instead of just a denim bag with cool patches that could go with anything.
Overall grade A

I love her accessories! The bag is cute, and it has kinda pocket like things on it. I had no trouble with the hat, I got it pretty close to the catalouge look. I feel very stupid with the ear rings though. I've never had a doll with ear rings, so when she arrived in posts, I though you shoved the loops on the dangles OVER the post. I spent hours trying to get those ear rings in. It took me, I think about 3 days to figure out that the posts pulled out! The coin is cute, but I noticed mine doesn't have COPY stamped on it like all the other doll coins. Its from China, but Nellie's Irish penny has COPY on it.Same with Emily's pence. Anyways, I don't have much use for the coin, so I turned it into a necklace for Ivy. Its pretty cute if you get it to lay right. =)
I would give the accessories an A

I just got the accessories today. I don't have Ivy, so I was upset that the earrings don't come with posts and are therefore useless to me. I mostly got this for the bag though; I was a little annoyed because the flower patch was/is only ironed down in the center, so the petals flip up... I'm going to try to iron it down later, hopefully it'll stick.
