Ida Bean is now known as "Ida plastic pellets" at our house. I am glad I have her for my Addy, but I also would have been annoyed to pay full price for her and find out she doesn't even have real beans inside of her. I assume that's because real beans are too big for scale, and maybe even a sanitary hazard (would they attract bugs?). I bought her recently while she was on sale, so all in all I am satisfied with her. Just not thrilled.

We have this outfit, and I love it too... for most of the same reasons as stated above; the two complete separate outfits, the practice leotard being black, etc. My main gripe is that the snaps almost never stay together on the behind/waist. Our outfit does not have any velcro that I am aware of (must pay more attention, although I feel certain I would have noticed b/c I really do not like how the newer ballet outfits, and all newer outfits in general use velcro on the delicate fabrics). I really just need to sew better snaps on and it would be perfect. Also, the feathers do not stay snapped in place on the bodice either. For that reason, I give it a B.
