Maybe I'm biased, because I have thumb-hole shirts and simply adore them, but I loved the shirt and really didn't have more trouble than I expected I would trying to get them onto my girls. I do, however, agree that the pants are pretty tacky looking. The color scheme, in general, is kind of a strange combo, but the separately, as mentioned somewhere above, most of the pieces are super useful and cute! I'd say this is about a B+ due to those horrendous pants

I have only ONE complaint about Josie, though I simply adore her in just about all other regards: her hair, while a lovely thick wig, can be unruly at times and tends to be coarser, I think, than other AGs hair. This doesn't upset me all the time, I just feel limited in what I can do when it comes to hairstyles and stick to keeping it back in a braid or in two braids or so. We love her around these parts...and so does everyone else who's seen her.

I adore Kaya's sweet, strong manner. There is something quite unique about her and, especially, her smile. Her meet outfit was appropriate and beautiful, yet she can wear every day modern clothes and still look fabulous (yellow is DEFINITELY her color), as well. I especially like that she comes from a part of our history that is vastly misunderstood and mistaught, in my opinion, and, therefore, lends herself to conversation on the indigenous. We occasionally have her out in public and there is NEVER a time when someone does not ask about her, her ancestry and her story. As a history lover and a doll lover, I couldn't ask for a whole lot more in a doll.
