She's VERY sweet. Her hair isn't nearly as wild as it looks in some pictures - mine's seems downright tame compared to a lot. I was very surprised.
I'll be using her as Cécile's Just Like Her doll that she receieves in Meet Cécile in between displaying her with the other mini dolls.
A+ for mine having excellent hair.

Mine never had a tag and it was purchased in Christmas-ish 1996. I AM so glad I sold it. I'm afraid the dress is just fugly as anything, alas. It's probably not fake, it's just that AG made it with an extremely unattractive fabric.
The thing that always bugged me about Samantha's clothes, though, was that all of her dresses have drop waists, yet her "Lacy Whites" undergarment set has a waist at the natural waistline. MAKES NO SENSE and renders the underwear useless, blah.

I think this set is really nicely done. There aren't a lot of good clothes for the Bitty Twin boys and this is one of them! If you were able to get it at the close-out $20 price, even better! You'll be pleased to hear that the polo shirt and sweater vest are two seperate pieces. The sweater vest doesn't have fasteners, it goes over the doll's head just like Molly's Meet pullover. The shirt feels really nice and closes up the front with real buttons and button holes, not snaps or velcro! However I do wish the fabric was just a little bit thicker. You can see the shadow of the doll's body from under the shirt and where the fabric was doubled-over for the button holes. It's a nicely done shirt, though, and the fit is good. I don't have a strong opinion on the pants. They're cute, I guess, and they go nicely with tying this outfit to the sister's matching outfit. I had planned on trying to take a picture of it on a different boy because the Asian Bitties are the ones shown in most (all?) of the stock images for these sets, but it looked cute on Brandon, so I dressed him in it anyway - I only have three boy outfits for two boy dolls!

I was able to get this set for a wonderful price on Ebay - less than retail! - but I've only had the chance to try the boy outfit on a doll so far, so that is what I will review. (Naturally I'll update when I've had a chance to play with the girl's dress.) I love this outfit and I'd give it an A+. It looks very sweet with or without the little coat. The fabric is high quality and the fit is excellent. It looks like an outfit somebody might dress their toddler in for Easter, rather than a shrunken down too grown-up My AG outfit or a TOO childish Bitty BABY outfit. The style seems age appropriate but it's also visually interesting instead of being bland the way some other official outfits (and most BT knock-off clothes) do. The only issue I had was getting the shoes on Tiberius's feet over the socks. I'm not sure what the problem was, and perhaps it was just my set, I just couldn't seem to wiggle things in such a way that it fit, so I ended up forgoing the socks and it still looks pretty cute.

Well two years after I got my lone Bitty Twin, Zoe, at AGPNY, I finally broke down and got Tiberius. He's the sweetest little boy doll that you'll ever see - he's definitely the cutest out of all the Bitty Boys! Tiberius with his sister, Zoe.

I owned this for a while just because it was a good price on clearance, but I really didn't like the fur around the hem at all - it just feels gross. It doesn't look like something a little kid would wear for the holidays - or at all. I've got to say that I think the co-opting the Chinese qipao style for the Christmassy/Holiday dress is kind of icky, too. The fur is really my greatest complaint.
I think I'd give it a D. The co-ordinating outfit is MUCH cuter and I'd totally recommend it.

I got this set for $12 during AG's Cyber Monday sale and I adore it. Even if I wasn't so cheap and paid full price it'd be an A+. I love the combination of the colors and the fabrics with these two outfits and the way the different pieces can go be mixed and matched with each other. i131.photobucket.com/albums/p283/JabberwockyPie/Daily%20Doll/BittyCute002.jpgI like the idea of getting purple tights to go with the clogs, so I might need to try that! I like the clogs from the Cordoroy Skirt Set better with this dress and then the green tights and purple shoes with the other outfit, but that's just me. They're REALLY cute! i131.photobucket.com/albums/p283/JabberwockyPie/Daily%20Doll/BittyCute002.jpgMod edit to remove oversized, embedded images

Zoë is most assuredly the most adorable doll ever with "Bitty" in her name. I've never liked Bitty Babies and I've never been particularly interested in the Bitty Twins but Zoë (or "1G" as she's officially called) is fantastic. I am wondering, how is the hair? Like, manageable for a little kid. Like #26, I most certainly wouldn't use a brush on it, but it's short enough to be easier to deal with than #26's hair. Mod edit to combine consecutive posts

I got this in the mail today. I can't be certain, not having a wool allergy myself, but I think the scarf is wool. One would think AG would learn to, oh I don't know, STOP MAKING WOOL THINGS.
On the one hand, I think the set is overpriced, but it's not like I didn't know what I was buying. I paid $14 for a scarf and hat and that's what I got. The cables on the hat are cute.

Does anybody have a Gotz Precious Day doll and this outfit? My Elizabeth has that Gotz big head, and I would like to know if this hat would fit her? I am not impatiently wanting this outfit, but Felicity has hers, so I'm thinking it might be neat to have Elizabeth's. It doesn't fit, but the hat can sort of sit on top of her head, if that makes sense.

I like Polly. I don't think she's worth the full $48, but she's cute.
I paid . . . I think $30 for her at last year's MCM sale, and I think she's certainly worth it at the current Clearance price, too. The cradle is nicely made.
How much you like her depends on how you feel about baby dolls in general. I've never been much of a baby doll person, but she is cute.
For non-Felicity fans, she could probably work just as well as the new baby Cornelia is pregnant with at the end of The Curse of Ravenscourt. Her clothes are too fancy to be Baby Britta, but the doll herself would work just fine.
So at $48 I'd give her a C- just because that's more than half the price of a full-sized 18" AG doll and it's more than a full-sized Bitty Baby.
At $28 I'd give the set an A+.

Tatlo himself gets an A for cuteness. Sure, he's just a plushie, but he's a cute plushie and I didn't pay anything near the retail for him.
Drop the grade to C if you pay the retail price.
The travois gets an F. This is just too fragile and breaks too easily in shipping. Even if it hadn't broken just getting it home, there's no way I could have avoided breaking it next time I move. And it's too small to really carry anything. A travois for Steps High could be cool, though.
Recommended price: All of the AG pets are ovepriced, but working within that framework I'd go up to $16 for Tatlo himself.
That being said, all of the AG pets are overpriced and $10 is probably more fair.
He's still cute and still an important part of Kaya's stories, but if you can find a cheaper offbrand or ebay one for less, go ahead.

Oddly enough, it seems like most of Nicki's clothes look better on a doll other than Nicki. My Marisol is wearing this right now, and Jess looks adorable in the ski outfit.
So yeah, I really do like this outfit. Though it's bright enough that it almost looks like it's glowing in the dark when my room is this dim. Hee.

I give this outfit an A-:
1) Price - at $28, it's just a little too high. At $26, it'd get an A+
2) I love that we have a winter outfit for dolls who live in colder areas.
3) I "desecrated" my outfit by taking the patch on her vest off with a seam ripper. I like how it looks much better this way. (I don't like ski-ing).
And of course, I love the shirt. I'd wear it*, and it goes with my favorite JLY outfit - the Sparkly Tunic Outfit.
*Not that that has any real bearing on whether it's a good outfit or not, but it looks SO comfy! Also, it's not pink.

I'd give him an A, but I only paid $10. I'd scale the rating back considerably at $18.
The tag is easy enough to remove, and I'm thrilled that this version of Bennett doesn't look rabid. Better still, since he's not made of real fur, no real pets will try to eat him. (This was a big problem for me with the original pets.)

F Aside from how ugly he is, the rabbit fur makes animals attracted to him. My dogs repeatedly snatched him until I had to put him away rather than display him. I recently sold one for enough to buy the current versions of Bennett AND Yank AND have them shipped to me.

I'd give her an F. She's overpriced and doesn't have much play value. Even as an adult I'm too scared she'll break to actually do anything with her. You could easily get something very similar for at Dollar General for . . . well, a dollar, and put the $15 you saved toward another outfit or an accesory set.

Although the catalog says that the coat is made of wool, it seems like it’s actually some sort of synthetic fleece material. I think they're concerned with wool allergies. Look at the retirement of Addy's School outfit. Nobody wants a doll that makes them break out all over when they play with her. I'd give the outfit an A+. Usually I grade things harshly, but it's just awesome.

Much as I love Addy, I'd give Sunny a D+. Everyone else gets dogs and cats and horses and Addy gets . . . a bird. A bird that doesn't even belong to her in the story and could be purchased at a craft store, probably for less than a dollar.
The candy and the tin is really cute, but not worth the full price.

A+ for the outfit itself. It's gorgeous and looks great on Felicity.*
F- for the windmill. It breaks if you look at it cross-eyed and it was so fragile that it has NO play value.
*I bought mine when it came out originally, so while I think it's worth the original price, it's not worth $200.

I give this outfit a C.
The skirt and the sash are very nice, but the camisa is pracrically identical to her Meet camisa. Wouldn't it have made more sense to sell a long-sleeved camisa with it?

I don't like it. For someone who collects predominately historical dolls, one of the two clothing racks is virtually useless - the bottom one doesn't have enough space to store the historical dresses - it's clearly for pants and tops. And anyway, I would much rather buy the kinds of things you'd put inside such a cabinet.
