Fresh-Picked Sundress Item# F2389 She'll be all set for sunny days in this yummy dress! Your girl can dress her Bitty Twins® doll in this outfit: A dress with a colorful fruity print, ruffles along the top, and a smocked waistband A lemon-yellow tee Bright blue sandals to match Includes The Bitty Twins' Lemonade Stand book for girls $24 This sweet little dress was released in February 2013. I love the pattern on the fabric, and the bright, spring colors. And yet, the dress doesn't hurt your eyes with brightness. The dress fits really well and is made of high quality materials. The shoes go on and stay on easily, so far. It also seems to fit fairly well on the 18 inch dolls. I'm not usually fond of Bitty outfits on them, but it looks quite cute on my Cara, who is one of my younger girls. The shoes are a bit small for the 18 inchers though. sundress6 by SkaterMichelle, on Flickr sundress7 by SkaterMichelle, on Flickr sundress5 by SkaterMichelle, on Flickr sundress1 by SkaterMichelle, on Flickr sundress3 by SkaterMichelle, on Flickr sundress2 by SkaterMichelle, on Flickr ETA: The shirt alone works okay as a mix and match tee. It's a bit short for my tastes, but I think it could work depending on what it's paired with. I put it with the jeans from the Sparkly Tunic set. sundress8 by SkaterMichelle, on Flickr

These are super cute! Nice white pants for mix and match with only one small star logo. It's an iron on, and I think could be removed very easily. They are $12 and were released February 2013. They seem to fit new dolls well. They are on my Stephanie, who was purchased in summer 2012. They fit her the way I like to wear cargo pants, slightly loose but not falling off. I haven't tried them on a PM doll yet, but I think the legs may be a tight fit on some of the older dolls. There are two spots of no-snag velcro, at the fly and the waist. The pockets are real. I love these pajamas! Mine don't feel as stiff as some others have said theirs did. They are a nice, thick material and really well made! I give the top and pants an A+. The slippers are a hard pleather material, with bottoms similar to the Sweet Kitten Heels from a few years ago. I'm not sure that I like that type of material for a slipper. It doesn't seem cozy or comfy to me. I also don't really like the seam at the top of them, B-. Overall, I give the set a solid A. Since there aren't any photos, I decided to take some. They are on my Vika, since Molly only wears her red striped pajamas around here. From the AG website: Soft-as-Snow Outfit + Charm Item# F1690 Made for wintertime fun, and white as newly fallen snow, this outfit features: A sparkle-knit sweater with a mock-turtleneck and cable details A fluffy, faux-fur skirt, inspired by the perfect snowball—add leggings underneath for warmth Tall purple boots with furry trim keep her toes toasty Includes a "Strong" round charm for the doll's charm-keeper necklace
As a set, I'm not crazy about this outfit. So much so, that I almost didn't buy it. I ended up being glad I did, however. The skirt truly is very soft. It fits my skinny girl Katia really well, but is much too snug on some of my fuller figured girls. The sweater is a bit thin and also too short for my liking, but with a white tank underneath, it's still cute with jeans. The white leggings are a standard AG offering. Nothing special about them, but they are great for mix and match. The boots, though, are terrible. I like them in theory, but they bunch at the ankles, are too snug with the leggings underneath, and are really hard to get on so that they look right. They're also an odd color (a blueish lavender) that doesn't match anything else I've got. Overall, I give the set a solid B. The pieces as separates are fine, but all together, I feel like there's something lacking. Each piece needs a little work to make a quality set.
Due to recent image theft, please PM me if you would like a picture. I no longer feel comfortable posting them in open sections of the forum.

The onesie top and skirt look adorable on my bitty twin! It will never go back on an 18 inch though. The boots are nice, just not with that outfit.

With this particular doll without wig option, there are a lot of eye colors to choose from: light/dark blue, light/dark green, hazel, light/dark brown, and gray. I chose dark green since I didn't already have the color in my collection. I love this concept, and I'm thrilled that AG has chosen to create these dolls. They are $105 and come with the option of a free head replacement later on. They do have eyebrows and eyelashes. The backs of their heads are smooth, unlike a doll that comes with a wig and are packaged with extra padding to protect the head during shipping. My American Girl dolls without hair are available exclusively through the doll hospital by calling 800-628-5145. I purchased two of the new dolls without hair options on release day. Both are wonderful, but this doll is particularly unique, given that a medium skin Sonali mold is currently only available as a doll without hair. The three eye color options available for this doll are hazel, light brown, and dark brown. The light brown was my choice. They are *not* the same color as #26's eyes, which are amber. This light brown is what we refer to as regular brown, whereas dolls like Kaya and Josefina have dark brown eyes and Samantha and Ivy have decal brown eyes, which are also different. I love this concept, and I have only good things to say about the dolls. Their heads are completely smooth. No bumps, marks, or lines like have been found in rewigging other AG dolls. The current price for these dolls is $105, the same price as a doll with hair. They also come with the option to have a free head replacement (information posted below) should you decide you want your doll to have hair later. A+ In her box. There is some padding around the head to prevent any scratches or damage during shipping. From the AG website: Allergy-Free Lunch Item# F0902 My American Girl® dolls can enjoy a make-believe lunch that's allergy-safe: A pretend berry smoothie, container of vegetables, and two sandwich skewers A medical bracelet and allergy stickers to keep her safe while she snacks A faux allergy shot, just in case A fabric lunch bag to hold it all $28 I have to say, this set is adorable! I love that there's a healthy food option since some of my dolls are competitive athletes and prefer to eat really healthy. I like everything about the set except the bag. I feel like it could've been made a little better, as it "puckers" at the sides. You'll see what I mean in the photos. The bracelet could use some work, but I give them props just for including it to begin with. Everything else is great. The price is a bit high, but 'tis the trend from AG lately. A+, even at the high price point. From the AG website: McKenna's Team Gear Item# F3600 McKenna is ready to fly with her team at Shooting Star Gymnastics! She's proud to wear her gear, including: A warm-up jacket featuring a zip front, contrast sleeves, and her name embroidered on the back A braided friendship bracelet for good luck A pair of soft slippers to keep her feet warm between events And when the meet is all done, a golden gymnastics medal shows she did her best! $24 This set is quite over priced, in my opinion. I got it just to keep my McKenna collection complete. I think it should have been combined with the performance outfit, which is also over priced. I'd have been more happy with both sets combined for $32 or this set for $20 and the performance set for $24. Anyway, the set is well made. The jacket is nice windbreaker material. The front logo is an iron on. The back is embroidered. I don't like that it's her name, but it blends in okay, so I'll still use it for Mei and Remy. The medal is metal, which was a nice surprise. It has no-snag velcro on the ribbon. The bracelet is very cute. It's my favorite part of the set. The slippers are basic AG slippers, nothing special but also not horrible. From the AG site: McKenna's Performance Set Item# W0730 McKenna can shine in the spotlight with this performance set designed to keep all eyes on her! A lemon-yellow leotard, featuring foil star graphics and contrast sleeves She can add sparkle to her rhythmic gymnastics routines with a purple hoop and ombré ribbon wand she can really hold! Her hair will stay neat while she performs with six clear elastics and a curlique ponytail holder Includes a hairstyle card with easy-to-follow tips for creating her high bun $28 The leotard is well made. It has the less snag sort of velcro, but I do feel like it will still snag the material. It's not the same as the velcro on the new Fashion Boots (which would have been a better velcro choice, imo). I can't get my hoop to become an actual hoop. It seems to be permanently bent. Possibly from being shipped in 104 degree weather. The hair accessory is so cute! I think it's my favorite part of the set! The ribbon is nice as well. I like that it has a holder so the dolls can actually use it. From the AG website: Fashion Boots Item# F0894 These knee-high boots add the finishing touch—they feature flat soles and open at the back for easy wear. $14 I got the new Fashion Boots, and they are my favorite AG shoes! Finally, something that is a neutral color! Mine seem to be well made. They have nice soles with little heels, but they don't tip the doll forward. Velcro is up the back of the leg and is the no-snag kind. I got this outfit for my BT, Aaliyah. The quality is excellent and it fits her really well. I'm not a fan of the shoes. They are cute and fit well, but I'm not a fan of the style. The hat fits well on the 18-inchers. I won't be putting it on Aaliyah though, because I don't want to risk messing up her curls. Grade: A

This is probably one of the worst quality outfits I've ever bought from AG. The material is thin enough to be see through, and very cheap feeling. It's also neon yellow. The quality of the dress leaves much to be desired, however the bonnet is nice and the shoes are a plus. Dress: D. Bonnet: A. Shoes: A. Overall: C.

I agree with the above posters. The set is really nice. The glass pieces are good quality, especially the fruit bowl. The ceramic plate is heavy and very nice. The carafe and goblets are nice, but the fruit bowl is better quality. The design on them is a decal, but very nice. I don't think it will peel easily. The fruit pieces (minus being stuck together) are very good quality, as are the beignets. Overall, I give the set an A-. It would get an A+ if it were about $15 cheaper, or if it included individual plates for the girls. Now, for what everyone wants, pics! McKenna (renamed Sofia around here) is a cutie! Her hair is soft (but not fine like Julie's) and fun to play with. There aren't any hairs to cover the part in pigtails, but that doesn't bother me. Of all the sets in McKenna's collection, I am the most disappointed in this set. The boots are harder to get on than other AG rain boots that I own, but that doesn't bother me as much as the buckle. It comes undone when putting on the boots and is difficult to get buckled once they are on. I haven't been able to get it to buckle with leggings tucked into them. I like the umbrella better than I expected. It's a cute accessory. Between the price and difficulty with the boots, I give the set a C.
