My hubby bought #39 for our anniversary last year. I love her layered hair and she is close to a mini me except for I have strange color changing eyes! I don't see her and Emily looking that similar and I can't really compare her to Nicki since my Nicki has a short haircut. Here are some pics of Ally to inspire you.... She looks great casual or dressed up for a shopping spree. Good luck!

Here is Max in the outfit. It actually belongs to DDs bitty, Marcus, but Max stole it for pics. Marcus is slightly upset! It looks cute, but the pants are a tad short. Not too bad, but not perfect either. Hope these help.

I'd like to try to copy this outfit for mini Julie. Is the back of the skirt just like the front? Also, where is the opening? The back of the skirt is the same cut as the front, but the stripes are horizontal - not diagonal. It has a velcro closure in the center back.

This item was released in 2011 and retired in 2017.Julie chooses this groovy outfit for sunny days in San Francisco: • An off-the-shoulder top with ruffles and multicolored stitching • A colorful chevron-striped skirt with a belt at the waist • Bright blue sandals that are perfect for warm weather • A braided suede headband trimmed with three bold blossoms*This outfit is not seen in any of Julie's books* I bought this as soon as it came out. The peasant top and separate skirt are nice for some mix and match options. The shoes are also a nice color to wear with other outfits. I do not own Julie, so Mary (#23) is modeling here. Top: The smocking is done very neatly and the bow is a nice accent. The fabric is lightweight cotton. Skirt: The stripes are great for the time period. Love the diagonal design on the front. The back is just horizontal stripes. The attached belt looks good and does not sag like the belts on some outfits. The fabric for the skirt is a very lightweight denim type. Shoes: Nice color. Have the clear stretchy strap across the heel, but also have velcro on the top. Headband: Very cute accessory. The flowers on mine were not centered, so tying in the back looked funny. (In the store Julie had it tied in the back.) I tied it on the side and like that look better anyway. The band is a braided suede type fabric and the flowers are a similar fabric. Overall, this outfit gets an A. The only problem I found was that it was a little big on Mary. She does seem to be on the skinny side though. I have not tried it on any of my other girls to check the fit.
