Love McKenna and her collection. I decided to name her Sienna.
I like the blue/grey/purple color pattern of McKenna's meet outfit. The top is blue and grey striped with velcro in back. The leggings are the same blue as in her top with a purple graphic of a ribbon on the bottom right. Her shoes are a periwinkle purple with blue ribbon. Her hair is thick and you can do almost anything with it. Same color as #39's hair however Mckenna's hair seems to have some more blond in the front. She looks a lot like Elizabeth, #39, Chrissa, but she is unique and definitly one of my favorites.
Shoes
Sienna (mckenna) next to Hannah (#39) Wow they look alike. Hannah's hair is layered and darker. Sienna's is thicker no layers and has blond highlights in front(I don't know if its just my doll or if all the mckenna's wigs are like this). Same eye color and skin.
Close up, you can really see the differences between the two face molds.
From the back there hair color is the same.
From above.
From left to right: Hannah (#39), Elizabeth, Sienna Elizabeth and Sienna. They look almost identical. Same face mold, eye color, skin color. Sienna's hair is just a shade darker.

One of the first things I did was to place McKenna between Elizabeth and Chrissa for comparison. They are very similar indeed, particularly Elizabeth, but I did notice quite a variation in the skintone. McKenna's vinyl has a warmer tone than either of the other two and her face paint is slightly darker, in keeping with that (still looks natural). [ I agree. My McKenna skin seems to have a warmer tone as well. She appears to have an olive tan skin complexion rather than fair skin like some of my other light skinned dolls have (e.g. Julie). I really like it though. Its the one thing that makes her unique compared to my other light-skin dolls.

Other than McKenna (because she's a gymnast) this is the first doll I have completely fell in love with at first site. I love her look. I've always wanted ag to come out with a doll with a blue/green eye aka. aquamarine.
Her face mold is the classic one but I think it works for her.
Her hair color is gorgeous. Its platinum blond. Julie and MyAg #22 are the only two other dolls to have this color. I like her loose curls as well. I have Lanie and her hair gets frizzy easily because she has much curlier hair. Caroline's hair seems more relaxed and probably can be finger curled. I also like the fact that her hair does not come in braids. They are really pretty, however I eventually take them out and have to straighten the braided hair so it matches the texture of the rest of the hair. This is just a preference thing. I love styling my dolls hair so that is why I do eventually take their braids out.
Great doll. I can't wait to take her home.

I love the colors of this outfit. My favorite thing, it doesn't have the IU logo!

The outfit is simple but cute. I am going to use it on one of my dolls for the forth of July.

The spankies in this outfit look like underwear, but with the picture with the spankies over the underwear, I'm more convinced the spankies really are spankies.

This outfit is so cute. Definitely a keeper! The only drawback is that AG now only sells the outfit with the doll so the outfit couldn't be purchased alone. I'm not too concerned about this since I'm getting two myamericangirl dolls next month at the AG place so I'll have a couple of these outfits. I also wish AG would sell the charm necklace seperately for my other dolls. Good idea felicityfan85, I make just make a few of my own necklaces.
The jeans are cute and I like that I could pair them with the tees I made from American girl place and some tops I've sewn.

I missed out on getting Mia, I was in love with her meet outfit the way AG showed it, the outfit seemed flawless. I'm so glad I read the Mia's reviews and looked at her pictures. The outfit is not as fantastic as it seemed. I still would one day like to get Mia. She is unique with the freckles and reddish hair. (I'm glad she doesn't have neon green eyes.)
I did buy a pair of Mia's blue/purple sneakers at the American Girl Place in Chicago last March. I use the shoes very often with my dolls and they are holding up well. They are cute too. Shoes-A+

My sister got Marisol for christmas in 2005. She doesn't play with her dolls anymore though. Marisol is gorgeous. This is my cousin's favorite. When she visits grandma's she always picks Marisol to play with over my other dolls.
I'm always putting her hair in a bun because it is such a frizz mess. I've tried deep conditioning and recurling, but these haven't been so helpful. I don't want to mess with her too much. My sister may want her dolls back someday. So for now her hair is in braids, fishtail braids or bun.

I have to disagree with you guys. I think Chrissa is more appealing in pictures. She is a beautiful doll. I bought her last December. In some outfits such as her meet outfit Chrissa looks dull and her hair looks frizzy. With the right lighting and clothes, she takes beautiful pictures. She has piercing blue eyes and they are such a perfect contrast to her dark brown hair. Her hair doesn't look good up. I agree. It sticks out and it is thin. I usually use clips in the front. Chrissa looks good in blues and greens to bring out her eyes. With everything in place Chrissa is one of my favorite dolls to photograph. Sorry I don't have any pictures to show. I take them from my inernetless phone. Howerever, saving up to buy a camara.
