Samantha is beautiful. I don't know what year mine is from, because I found her for $1 at a garage sale. The tag on her meet dress says that it was made in Hungary for Pleasant Company. Her hair is soft and silky, but has lost a lot of its curl. She is pigeon-toed, and her legs are a little loose. She has the soft vinyl, which I prefer. I give her an A++++

I love Kit. I find her hair easy to take care of, but rather easy to mess up too, if you're not careful. Mine is a 2009 doll. I love her deep blue eyes, and freckles. She and her meet outfit hold up very well. The only items that haven't held up well are her sandals, and they are just fraying a little. She looks good in most colors. My least favorite colors on her are pink and yellow. I give Kit an A++++++!

First Version
As a rule, I typically like the AG pets a lot. So far, Nutmeg has been my least favorite. I don't feel that she is worth the 20 dollars that AG sells her for. You get a basket, a pillow, a stuffed rabbit, and three molded together carrots. Our rabbit has a smashed face, so she looks a bit like a trunkless elephant. Definitely a cute set, but not worth the money. B-

Pros: It makes a very cute prop It's in scale and very realistic Cons: The handlebars broke off of mine within the first couple of weeks that I owned my trail bike. (We've tried fixing it with several things, so far nothing has worked except taping it to the main part of the bike) As melancholywings said, the dolls can't sit, and it is hard to get them to stand. The helmet is kind of hard to get on their head.
All in all it's a fairly good bike.
