One of the nice things about her is that her hair is way easy to take out and re-braid when you want to. Hi! So glad to see this thread. My dd saved up and bought Jess and we haven't touched her hair yet. Dd is nervous to undo her braids because how would we get it back to the same braid look? I spent about 30 minutes studying the braid this am and practicing on a smaller doll, but couldn't manage to copy that same look. Mind you, I am rather challenged in the girly-girl art of hair. Sad, but true. So - how is the Jess braid accomplished? It looks very different than a "classic" braid like Molly (although we don't have Molly) and the braiding I used to make rugs (long story). Anyway - Jess Hair Help please! Clutzy Coco Kelli

Grade: A- Hi, this is Coco's daughter (Coco-Kate) not Coco talking. I LOVE Nellie. She is best friends with my other doll, Kate (#23). When she arrived, I was SO excited! If her necklace didn't break so easily (My mom phoned, and customer service is sending a new one) and her hair wasn't quite so short (it's almost impossible to style), she'd no doubt get an A+. She kind of reminds me of myself. I don't know why, she just does. Maybe it's the freckles and the sweet expression. Right now she is wearing the Ready for Fun outfit, and Kate is wearing her meet. They look so cute in each other's outfits! People say that she looks like Kit. I used to think that they looked very similar, but once you compare them, you realize that they look totally different! Overall, she is a beautiful doll and I encourage you to buy her. Coco-Kate
