There is not....you have to turn it. It is very nice and SOLID. I was in Minneapolis this weekend and it was nice. It would be OK on a dresser kind of angled and then you could reach the doll. It would awkward for a small kid as it is quite heavy.
I liked it for me (for my doll) but it would drive my DD crazy having to lift and turn it to get her doll. Although it turns better on carpet.
hope this helps -

This outfit is just SO Miss Molly - I love the white blouse (which has many uses) and the red shorts. A+

I sold all the rest of the accessories - but needed this little monkey! Toshi is always "hanging" somewhere!

Another outfit that I thought I didn't want but ended up LOVING. The blouse is beautiful and looks great with the shorts or with pants. The shorts are just too cute. I love the shoes - but man did I swear as I was putting them on! Grade "A" for the outfit; "C" for the shoes (difficultly rating)

I adore this dress - it is soft, looks great on Molly! I give it an A - it only came with the dress and ribbons - no shoes.

This little cutie stole by heart at B&B MOA. I really wanted her - Betty is what I will call her someday!

Will post pic later - but I give the outfit a B (would have been an A) but the shoes are a pain. I need a dolly shoe horn to get them on.

Adorable! So happy that I ordered this. The flashlight really works; I had a blast "stitching together" the mess kit and the newspaper is readable! Definately gets an "A"

I never liked or even wanted this outfit when it first came out - but I think that was because the catalog pics just never did it justice. I was fortunate enough to get this from the outlet (thanks Tricia) - and it is truly LOVELY and has become one of my favourite items! Rating A.

I fell in love with Molly - AG wasn't in Canada in 1986 and I was 10 years old and would have choosen Molly who is my mini me! I feel very lucky to have found this GORGEOUS Molly. I am not sure what year she is from - but she has velvety soft skin and gorgeous colour! Here is Miss Molly. From the moment she arrived she has felt like MY doll!

I fell in love with Kirsten in Chicago - but the trip was for DD and I didn't end up buying her. Since then three beautiful Kirsten's have made there way to my house. Kirsten herself gets an A+ she is a stunning doll, her meet outit is awesome and gets an A as well. Kirsten 1 - came from Ebay she is PM and had loose dangly legs Kirsten 2 - I bought from Heather (Tobydoggy) she is early matel Kirsten 3 - My sister (who had come Chicago) bought her for my 30th birthday in 2006. The girls: Kirsten 1, 3, 2 matel girls - showing how a few years makes a difference
