I just got Ivy today at the opening of AGP Columbus. She also has the clear plastic circles behind her earrings, and they do come off. I will post pics and review later, she hasn't come out of the box yet!

I have not put this on a doll yet, so see the above review for fit. I think the color is just stunning, and would look good on any doll. The coat and hat are made of a thick wool. The hat has velvet and faux fur trim, and the coat has velvet trim. I am very impressed with the quality of both pieces.

The colors of this dress are what make it so beautiful, IMO. I love the light and dark coral colors together. The dress is lovely alone, but when combined with the spencer and bonnet (sold separately), the total outfit is gorgeous!! I love the colors on Caroline, but I also love them on the darker complexions, like Cécile. I am a big fan of the boots, I think they are just sweet, and the detailing on the inside of the boot is cute. Overall, A+

This set is the star of Caroline's collection, IMO! The basket is sturdy and well made, and I can see it having lots of uses in play. The apples and gingerbread cookies are fine, I just wish the cookies were more interesting. Maybe different shapes or some icing? The apples are a pretty color, not just bright red. I agree some cheese or bread loaves would have been a nice addition. The napkin is nice, but the embroidered map is STUNNING!!! That right there is worth the price of admission, folks. I may buy another set just so I can have another one to make into a firescreen. I just wish they had embroidered the 3 x's on this map, like Caroline did. Would have made it truly incorporated into the storyline. I give this set a big A+++++.

This set is so pretty! The spencer is a nice, thick wool, and very well made. It does have a hefty feel at the shoulders, but looks appropriate when on. The bonnet is gorgeous. The traveling outfit with this spencer and bonnet is amazing! A+

Oh, Inkpot, where did AG go wrong with you?! First of all, let me say that he is very soft and I appreciate that, unlike those darn hard bodied wanna-be pets. But there the positive ends. Inkpot does have real eyes...perpetually widened, surprised, demonically possessed looking eyes. His overall look to me is just cheap. And what is up with those string whiskers that just want to flop down instead of standing out?! I am keeping him, only because Caroline is very attached to him. But I secretly think he was an extra in the movie Pet Cemetery. D

This gown is gorgeous! The jacquard material is thick and beautifully embroidered. The ruffled neckline is gorgeous. The belt and buckle are much nicer in person than I anticipated. The buckle does look like real metal. The embroidered shoes match perfectly. The hairpiece is nice, I haven't tried it on a doll yet, but it is very pretty. I am not sure about the gloves yet. They are bright white and satiny, and while they are lovely on their own, I'm not sure how they will look with the dress. I feel like a light shade of lavender to match the dress may have been a better choice. Overall, this is a beautiful outfit. A

I agree that the texture of this dress is very strange. It is thin, and textured, almost like a gauze. The color is beautiful, and that is why I won't send it back. I love the shoes as well. The dress could have been done so much better, for a little more money. Instead of the cheap looking decal, real embroidery would have made it so much nicer. Overall, my least favorite outfit, but it does look lovely with Caroline's coloring. B-

I am head over heels for this doll! I haven't taken her out of her box yet, either, but I have checked her over head to toe. I am blown away by those eyes! They are what I would call a seafoam green color, or a light aquamarine. Definitely a combo of blue and green, but leaning more towards the green side. Her skin is a lovely creamy color, and her lip coloring is just subtly rosy. Her meet outfit is pretty. The embroidered ribbon trim is especially lovely. I think the dress is a bit on the thin side, and wonder if she needs some sort of shift under it? I give her a very strong A+++, and I am enchanted with her stories and entire collection.

This set was released in 2012 and retired with archival in 2015.Caroline loves to fly across the frozen lake in wintertime! Help her glide gracefully with this set that features: Special ice skates that were made true to her time period, featuring metal "blades" and red straps to hold them securely in place. Sturdy canvas boots that fit perfectly into the skates. Thick knit mittens to keep her hands toasty warm while she plays outdoors. This is the neatest set, and I can't wait to put it on Caroline! The set consists of striped fabric boots, knit mittens, and metal skates. The boots are cute, and seem to be well made. The mittens are fairly thick, and well knit...I just wish they were made from a color that would match her blue winter coat and hat. I feel like the mittens and boots are very "work day" in nature, while her blue winter coat and hat are pretty elegant. So there seems to be some incongruity with the whole outfit together. The skates are wonderful! The straps feel like leather (but could be imitation, not sure), and the blades are metal. They feel pretty hefty in your hand. I give this set an A-

This outfit is worn by Caroline in the book Changes for Caroline. It was released in 2012 and retired with archival in 2015.When the sun sets over Lake Ontario, Caroline says farewell to another adventurous day. Dress her for bed in this outfit, which features: A nightgown with embroidered flowers at the chest and two rows of blue ribbon, woven through lacework on the front and finished off with a bow. Sweet blue slippers to keep her feet warm on cool nights.Caroline's nightgown and slippers are lovely. The nightgown is a cream color, with blue embroidered flowers and blue ribbon. The slippers look more like shoes, but they are the same pretty shade of blue as the ribbon in the gown. The outfit is very pretty, but I'm not sure how warm Caroline would be on those cold winter nights! I'm thinking she needs something much warmer for winter. Overall, I give it an A-

If the sun shines too brightly while she's sailing with Papa in the skiff, Caroline can shade her eyes with this pretty faux-straw bonnet, featuring pink fabric flowers and a striped ribbon that ties under her chin. She carries essentials in a colorful drawstring purse with her name woven into the pattern, and when she wants to pass the time and have fun, she plays with her little wooden top that really spins! Caroline's meet accessories consist of a bonnet, a purse/bag, and a wooden top. The drawstring bag is made of a very thick, embroidered material with her name across the top. The toy top is real wood and very well made. The bonnet is lovely, made of straw with ribbon and silk flower trim. I give all of the accessories a big A+!

I decided I really wanted a Kaya doll for my bday (August 6th), and when Memory said she had a beautiful first edition Kaya for sale, my dh said go ahead and get her. She is absolutely gorgeous! Her coloring is almost identical to my pm #11, with slightly rosier cheeks and lips. She has the most serene expression on her face. I am thrilled with her! Her hair is still in the original braids, so I can't attest to its quality unbraided, but I can say it is shiny and appears very thick. I think she would look gorgeous in any time period clothing. Thanks for looking!

I love this set on our Bitty Twin! I agree that the shoes are tight, and were hard to get on, but they are so doggone cute! The outfit is adorable. The hat is a little tight on our bitty, but it goes on with a shove. The little ladybug is really cute too. I give it an A.

My daughter's first edition Josefina came in the mail today (an end of the school year gift with the help of our friend Memory!), and she is stunning! I have never liked the Josefina face mold (it is dd's favorite) on any of dd's other dolls. But wow, it is gorgeous on Josefina! She has such a cuddly body, soft squishy limbs, silky gorgeous hair, and lovely coloring. If dd ever gets tired of her, I'm stealing her for my collection ;D!

I have this set, and I really love the shoes and socks. They go well with a lot of different outfits. The sunglasses are cute, but the headband is horrible. Doesn't fit well on any dolls we have, and just looks wrong. I paid full price for it in Chicago last year, and I think it's well worth the sale price.

I fell in love with this blonde Bitty Twin girl at AGPNY this past weekend, at least partially because she reminds me of my dd at that age. I am completely smitten by her Her body is very soft and cuddly, and her vinyl has lovely, soft coloring. She has the sweetest expression on her face. I have not taken her pigtails out yet, but I can see that the hairs in the middle back are shorter, and her hair may not be meant to be down. Although, I think it looks fairly versatile for pig/pony tail type styles, and would be a lot of fun for smaller kids to brush. I love the argyle dress and tights! The dress is a sweatshirt type material, nice and thick and well made. The tights are adorable. Overall, I am thrilled that I got her, and give her an A+

I just received this bed. I am very impressed with it overall. It is the older, pre-Mattel version, and it has held up well. The bedding is still very bright and not faded, and other than a few small nicks, the wood finish has held up well. It is a large piece, but no bigger than any other AG bed (length and width-wise). I did not have any problems putting it together. Hanging the curtains was a bit tricky. I had to read these reviews and look at pics to figure out where the shorter panels should go. It feels very authentic to me, after looking at several video tours of Colonial Williamsburg. Any Felicity fan should not hesitate to purchase it. I give it an A

I just purchased this from a CL seller. It is, IMO, the best piece of furniture ever made by AG. It is super heavy, and large, but the quality and workmanship is amazing. This is something that could be passed down through generations of girls, and be a high quality antique one day. As for storage value, I don't have a lot of clothing for Felicity yet, but the drawers are deep and seem like they will hold a lot. I think one could also take the shelves out and put a dowel rod in, and hang clothing instead of using the shelves. I have seen the newer style clothes presses at AGP, and this one is much better quality, and looks as if it will hold a lot more. I give it an A

A+++ I finally got the Felicity that I have always wanted...a pre-Mattel, German made beauty. She came yesterday, new in her original box, still attached, purchased from her original owner. She is stunning. Her skin coloring is very soft and creamy, almost a peaches and cream complexion, but not as pale as my German Molly. Her eyes are a lovely shade of green, clear and bright (but not neon green like the newer Mattel green eyes). Her hair is a beautiful shade of coppery red, and is still in her original ponytail. She has a plumper body than the newer dolls, and soft squishy vinyl limbs. She is an absolutely beautiful doll, and I can't wait to get to know her!

I also have the outfit for my 18" girls, and unfortunately my camera isn't working right now. I currently have it on one of the girls and it is adorable. Like numberonekitty said, a bit roomy, but certainly not so much that it looks wrong. The length of the sweater is just right, and the skirt is fine (if a bit short for cold winter weather!). My doll currently has white leggings on under the skirt and it looks great with the boots. I would not hesitate to buy this outfit for an 18" girl, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I got my pm #11 from a board member, after falling in love with pics of hers! I have to say she very quickly became my favorite doll. Her skin tone is lovely and soft. Her hair is the best I have seen on any of our AG dolls. It is very thick and silky. She has the sweetest expression on her face, and big beautiful brown eyes. I give her an A+++ Some pics of my Lilo:

My Molly is the most gorgeous doll I have ever seen! I give her an A+++! Not sure exactly of her year, but it is 88-90, and I purchased her as never removed from her original box. She has the squishiest vinyl, nice plump body, shorter neck strings, Pleasant Company neck stamp, no body tag, meet outfit tagged Made in Hungary, the original silver glasses with the curved ear pieces, and the most amazingly soft, beautiful coloring. Her hair is a bit lighter brown than the Mattel version, and the bangs are shorter. Mattel clothes are just a tad bit tight on her. I absolutely adore her, she is my favorite doll ever. She is the first PM doll that I have seen in person, and I am stunned by the difference in quality. Not that I think the Mattel dolls aren't great--I adore my Kit. But there is just a higher level of quality evident with the pre-Mattel dolls. Molly's meet outfit is very well made. Her sweater, skirt, and dickey are all in pristine condition and seem that they would hold up well to play. The silver glasses are a bit difficult to get on and off, but once on, they do not move. The ear pieces curve all the way around the back of the ear. Her hair is soft and silky, and very shiny. I have not removed it from the original braids. Her eyes are a lovely, soft shade of gray. She has a very sweet, innocent expression, and seems to look "younger" to me than the other AG dolls we own. Here are some pics of her in a couple of her favorite outfits
