I love the scenes & settings. They make a beautiful backdrop. This is also the only Scenes & Settings set I have that I also have the booklet with explanations. I scanned Samantha's Scenes & Settings booklet at 400dpi into a PDF. You can download it from my Google Drive here if you like: drive.google.com/file/d/1vvOuYovKcVcy8StA5YEm6gsvftPEAA8O/view?usp=sharing

I have four. The plan is for Molly, Emily, Linda, & Susan to be able to all sit at the desks together. Here is a photo I have of all my girls at their various desks (Marisol and Kit are in the desks for Linda and Susan).

The cookies are not glued to the wooden board, however the cookies themselves are one giant piece. HTH!

Original Rain Slicker and Hat Umbrella and Galoshes:I purchased this back in the mid-90's. I really do love this outfit, but then I love all the core outfits and accessories for Molly I love that the clasps are real, no Velcro here! It is a very durable outfit that survived my teen years and bringing it on every babysitting gig I had back then. It also survived several years of storage and still looks new! Enough with the talk, here are some photos: (mod edit to remove broken images)

I bought it soon after it came off back order in the spring. I love it. It makes for a great display. There are lots of little pieces, which I think are fantastic for me as an adult collector, but not so great if there are little ones around. The table and the detail of the accessories are so much better than I had gotten used to from Mattel. I love the little colored spools of "thread" (plastic, which is good, you don't loose the thread!) that you can switch on and off the machine. The only thing that is weird to me is that when you press the button, it is the presser foot that moves up and down. Not too realistic but likely for safety reasons (can't have a child playing with a real needle going up and down!) Otherwise, it is a fantastic piece and even for the price I think it is worth it. Here are a couple photos: HTH!

I love this outfit, just like I love every Kirsten thing. Hehe. I agree that it would be very easy to make at home though. My favorite part is the apron, as it really dresses the outfit up (and looks good with her school outfit too IMHO).

I love the Sari doll. She is adorable and seams to be quite well made. I especially love the little golden looped braids. Too cute! I got mine in early 2007, but at the moment, I can't remember if mine was straight from AG, or from the Kirsten lot I purchased around that same time. Anyhow, here is an old photo of Kirsten with Sari:

Would someone kindly take a quick measurement for me? Mine is 1 5/8" wide on it's widest part. HTH!

I think it is a beautiful dress! I also lucked out on ebay and got it together with a PM Kirsten and her school dress and shawl for $100 with shipping as a buy it now. I think I bought it less than 10min after it was posted I do have to ask though, my shawl is starting to unravel, has this happened to anyone else? What is holding the shawl together?

I have the early set and can verify the candies are separate. Really? What year is your set from? I got mine in the early-mid 90's and the candies in the candy cups were glued in over some Styrofoam thingy (they broke when I tried to take them out as a child).
