I actually recently bought this outfit off ebay, and I was so excited. Then, I hand washed it in cold water (as I do all doll things that enter this home) and hung it to dry. WARNING: DO NOT WASH THIS DRESS!! It was so severely wrinkled it took me an hour of pressing on low to get it somewhat normal again. The pinafore came out nice and white and crisp, though. So I put it on my Samantha, and....I don't like it. I'm a nurse, and this looks like the candy-striper volunteers outfits. Remember them? Well, I gave up on the outfit, but since I simply adore the rosebud circlet, she wears it with her Tea Party outfit, which is much more formal but so much more HER. I am spending too much time on my dolls! Now, to somehow get a white body Samantha...............

Just got Chrissa for my birthday! She has awesome coloring, the blue eyes and dark brown hair is my absolute favorite. I also love her face shape being like Elizabeth, one of my other favorites. However, with all that said, her hair is just too short to do anything with. I agree with the PP who commented on how thin it is also. It would have been fantastic for her to have hair like #25, that straight, really dark hair. The meet outfit, while it is still on her at the moment, is much too old-fashioned for a "modern" girl. This dress seems as though it could have been made for KIT!! The shoes are really cute though! I plan to change her into something much more casual, more befitting a girl hanging out with llamas. In my doll display, she is holding Starburst and it looks strange to have her so dressed up to be caring for animals I will update after I attempt to get her hair into some sort of half pony and a cool jeans outfit on her. I think she'd look fantabulous in the Sparkly Jeans & Tunic outfit but I don't have that one...guess it's time to start searching ebay! Overall Grades: Doll B+, Meet Outfit C- (would have been a D if the shoes were ugly too)

I just got Starburst the llama and I love it! It is extremely soft and silky pure white with a sheen to it. I won't take off the harness ever because I don't want to mess her up, but that's just me being neurotic. Her purple fleece parade pack is a simple piece of cloth with two small pockets, and I have slipped the little anti-bullying bookmarks into the pocket. I love the llama's eyes; they're really pretty just like a real llama with long eyelashes. And it's good that the face is stitched on so nothing can fall off. The best part about it?? IT'S FUN!! It's not a common pet for a girl to have, so I burst out laughing when I opened the box. I like when AG has original ideas...keeps us all entertained )

i too love my jess way more than i thought i would...i only bought her b/c she's a GOTY. however, i did straighten her hair with the steamer. all my asian friends have straight hair, so she looked odd with all that wavy hair. i guess my jess takes after her mom's side )
