I too love this outfit. It was one of the outfits I wanted to see in person so when I went to AGC I loved this. I wanted to add that the boots are taller than boots I have from older sets. They also have a flatter heel. They seem more like AG Ugg boots than cowgirl boots. I think the hat is adorable. The colors look nice on both Lanie and Marisol. A+

I just have to throw in my two cents. I got Nicki when she first came out. She was my second doll after Emily. Her neck stamp says America Girl LLC. I think that's why she looks so different than some of the pics on here. She looks most like the MCM doll photo posted anyway she is gorgeous. After four years she is definetly a favorite. After having 15 dolls (gasp)at one time, her quality is fab. She's one of the tighest dolls I own. You can totally tell she's high quality and much nicer than some of the newbies.

Not much else to add. I think if you are thinking about getting Sonali, I would definitely recommend her. She has soon become a favorite. I like her meet outfit because it comes with lots of pieces that can mix and match. Her face mold and color are so different from the other dolls that I have. Her face is so sweet and kind looking. My doll is not based on the book character. She couldn't have a mean bone in her body. I've had her hair in several styles and pulled it out of pigtails, not as gently as I should. I am surprised how well her curls seem to handle it and they easily recurl around your finger. Love her!!

Grade: A- I purchased the cookstove for Kit at AGP Chicago. I feel that it is much cuter in person. It is a soft blue and off white-ivory color. The top of the stove is black with a "marble" counter that makes up about 1/3 of the top of the stove. The larger door with a pretend thermometer opens to a big area to store pots. The smaller door opens to look like a pretend fire (kind of cheesey and fake). The top part of the stove has two little doors that open down. You could store jars in it. I think it absolutely adorable and goes well with the preserves set. The reason I didn't give it an A+ was that I really wish it weren't plastic. It would be even cuter if it were the same thing but metal. Link to photo of Molly with the cookstove
