I put pictures up of it in the AGA board. I was really disappointed by it - It was something I thought I might want, walking into the store. It is not as large as a regular messenger bag, but would probably fit a netbook. The thing is, I think you would want better protection for it than a regular bag would afford you, as other people have mentioned. Even without considering it for a laptop, it was not good as a bag. It is crocheted and they were already looking raggedy at the store, so I can just imagine if it saw some use. I am sure it would catch on everything. It was flimsy and small. It just looked ....dumpy. I don't know. I was not impressed. But even if it was beautiful, I would still recommend you put your computer in something more protective than a regular bag, especially for travel.

Compared to the original Kirsten pottery it looks machine made and not as authentic. It is a different color and has a glossier and smoother glaze, whereas the pottery is more textured and less glossy, looks more irregular like handmade pottery might. It is ceramic, just manufactured with a mold or press. I had also thought the newer ones were bigger, but once I got them side by side, I realized they are about the same.

I got it the last time there was a sale. I was more into it for the accessories than the table, and even played with whether I would sell the table when I got it. I am glad I got it. I think the accessories are very detailed and cute. The table is a nice table, it just doesn't scream sewing table to me, and I agree that it is a strange color. At least it isn't pink. But white or wood would have been nice. I have it displayed in my sewing room. Though I do keep some of the smaller pieces in the drawer because I am worried my cat will decide they are toys. So, I really wanted this, and I am glad I got it. I agree it is pricey, and if it wasn't retiring, I probably would have waited a little longer, but I knew I would be sorry to miss it.

hope these help! Mine are around 20 years old, faded and delicate feeling. I am actually thinking about getting a new set to use, and store these. They are one of the most precious things AG made in my opinion.

I love her in Emily's meet, which I don't have, but that's the picture that sold me on Lindsey.
I love her in Nicki's tie top outfit. She wore the Sapphire dress last holiday.
