I just put this outfit on Julie not too long ago! I LOVE it! I'm a fan of 1970s fashion. She looks great in this dress! I have no issues with anything in this set.
Solid A+ from me!

I received the Meet outfit for girls when I was younger, about 9, I think. I went as Kirsten twice for Halloween (the first time, when I was 9, I had pneumonia and felt good enough to dress up and only give out candy). The outfit was very comfortable, exactly like the dress Kirsten came in. The "grow stripes" were really fun. Overall, great quality and it's still in very good shape!!
Rating: A+

Funny...my Kirsten nightie was flannel, I believe. I think my mom got me mine in the early 2000s. They must have changed the material.

I actually went to a Fashion Show where that shirt and hat were given out in October 2003 in Indianapolis. I also have the girl-sized shirt somewhere, but, considering I was 12 when I wore it and I'm now in my 20s, I have no idea where it is and I can't wear it now. It's the same exact style as the tshirt. At the Fashion Show, we got a program with the sequence of events and a lot of ads from sponsors. There was also a silent auction and raffle tickets could be purchased. Raffle items were then-new items not yet seen in the catalog. We got a few souvenirs besides the hat/shirts that I remember and almost forgot about until I got my bag out. The plastic bag: Doll hair barrettes (still in bag, haven't modeled on doll) Pencil Star wand thing we waved around to music at the end Dress Bitty Bear paper dolls Angelina Ballerina stickers Program Sequence of Events I'll get the barrettes out soon and see how they look!

Booklet (I've tried and tried and tried to get this rotated but Photobucket tells me that it's rotated but it's not.)
