I wanted to say that this is a WONDERFUL set! The cookies are rubbery, but that makes the cookies appear soft like gingerbread cookies I think are supposed to be. The apples have wonderful color on them! This was a must buy for me as I have 5 dolls; so each doll can have a cookie with this set. This set has a LOT of play value for kids AND collectors. Even if you don't collect Caroline I highly suggest this set for any of the other Historicals or Modern dolls!
