I don't know why a lot of people think this outfit is terrible. It's actually pretty cute in person, especially on my revised #13.
The shoes are the best part by far. They are like real converse on the bottom. I haven't had that much problem putting them on.
The shirt is cute, but a little thin and short. The "Music" print is adorable. I love the colors of it.
The skirt is tutu-like. It's a little thin, and can be hard to put on, but goes good with the whole outfit.
