I give this outfit an A, partly because it's so stinkin' cute and partly because I feel that it has a very late 30's-early 40's flair to it with the red/white/blue color theme. It helps me expand Molly's wardrobe a bit. I love the shirt, both the style and the blue and white stripe pattern. I haven't had the problems with the hem rolling up, but I'm more of a "tucker" and tuck the bottom into the capri pants.
The pants are not only cute, but are cut a bit on the full side which means they're a very comfortable fit on my fuller-bodied Molly. The little ribbon belt adds a nice touch of color at the waist.
The sunglasses are the same shape as the peach ones that come with Molly's 1944 Swimsuit, but they're a great shade of red. My dolls wear these with several different outfits.
The only thing that I'll have to mark the outfit down on is the difficulty/configuration of the shoes. It took me a while to figure out how to get the straps to wrap around the doll's ankle to keep them on. I'm still not sure I'm doing it the correct way, but they stay on her foot the way I do it so I guess that's all that's important.
My outfit was second hand and didn't have the hair tie.
Overall, I give this outfit an A- but only because of the shoe straps.
