Was on clearance at B&BW for $6 in Sept. 2007
Very roomy with a zipper top closure. 12 1/2" wide by 3 1/2" deep by 11" tall. It has carry handles as well as an adjustable shoulder strap. There is a front zipper pouch on the outside and a small zipper pouch on the inside. There are snap closure pockets on either end. Great, durable bag.
Update 2011: I'm still using this 3 1/2 years later and it still looks good.
