I'll have to check ours for the logo.
Overall, it's a fun piece of furniture and the fact that it folds up is an enormous plus for storage. However, you basically have to look at this thing and it collapses, LOL. The back fabric part slides down just like a real director's chair....and it slides off quite easily. With that said, it is still a durable piece of furniture and the dolls sit up quite nicely in it. I give it a B for that slippery back piece.
