Birthday Outfit (1998-1999)

I liked the way this outfit looked from the very beginning. The jumper is excellent- color, design, print, and style wise. The shirt could be a bit crisper in its colors and texture- but who knows if it had been played with before. The shoes are fine, though I did not use them. The scrunchie I did not get. But overall I give this outfit an A-.
