Birthday Outfit (1998-1999)

I inherited the whole outfit from my grandma. The scrunchie is very heavy but overall is one of the best parts of the set. The outfit seems kind of dated to me, with its pattern and look overall. I'd reuse the shirt now, and maybe the scrunchie and the jellies. This outfit is okay, and just okay--it doesn't seem as well made as some other outfits. B+
