Birthday Girl Dress (2005-2007)

When I first saw this outfit, I just had to have it! I absolutely adore the skirt in this set, and the top is very cute. I honestly haven't put this outfit on one of my dolls in a long time simply because I had a hard time deciding whose birthday it was going to be! 
So, I have yet to experience problems with the shoes, I'm hoping there won't be because of the elastic but I'm sure there will be if everyone else is having these experiences. I love the tiara as well and although I think the different birthstone colors are great, I'm inclined to agree with Cami that because the stones are muliticolored, this makes it impossible to use with any other outfit. I give this outfit an A.
