Jingle Dress of Today I (RETIRED)

This is my second favorite of Kaya's modern outfits (after the Fancy Shawl Outfit). I love the color! I hear it is easy to lose the jingles but we don't have small kids playing with it so we haven't had a problem. It is a very unique dress.
