I just wanted to note that the ribbons are supposed to tie around the ankles - they shouldn't crisscross all the way up the leg, because that impedes movement and can injure the dancer! So you might like to be grateful that the ribbons slide down if your daughter is playing with the outfit, so she doesn't try to wear ballet slippers the wrong way and then hurt herself!
Trust me, when you tie your ribbons up your calf and then try to dance, they cut into your skin and ouch. Also, vicky94 is right - the ribbons are set too far forward in the slipper to be accurate, and aren't really functional like that.
But overall, it's a very beautiful outfit!
