This outfit is worn by Julie in the books Changes for Julie and Julie Tells Her Story. It was released in 2007 and retired in 2015. At its release, it was often paired with her Cap & Scarf.
Julie hangs out in the popular, free-flowing styles of her day. She'll be ready for a school day or an afternoon helping out her mom at Gladrags in this outfit that features: An orange tunic with a split neck trimmed in red, a floral embroidered front, and bell-shaped sleeves, Wide-cut, purple corduroy gauchos that fall just below the knees, Tall Western-style boots with decorative stitching on the sides.

I would give it an A+ but for some reason i have a thing aganist orange so don't let it no being an A+ product influence you it's just me. Also becuase of the gochous not looking like actual gouchus.
