Birthday Outfit (Birthday Dress & Headband) (retired)

I have one of the newer ones with velcro. However, mine seems very large on my Mattel Kit. It seems a few sizes too big, with a very wide skirt. But besides that, it is a classic outfit that I consider a cornerstone of Kit's wardrobe. The feedsack dress is such a staple of the 1930s, especially paired with a cardigan.
