Normally, I keep my reviews to my YouTube channel, but I wanted to do a very light view of Picasso before he sells out. I won’t post pictures because he’s literally a horse of a different color now and I didn’t take any pics of him in his factory state.
This is my first AG horse, and I was impressed with how well he’s made. He’s incredibly sturdy. So much so that I took pictures of him on the beach and the ankle deep moving water (his ankle, not mine) did not knock him over despite the fact that he was only lightly pressed into the stand. As someone who is getting back into photography, the poseable leg and neck make it possible for you to get some more realistic set ups. His coat is soft and stretchy and his mane is silky and fun to brush.
For anyone who wants to make him a darker color, his coat takes diluted acrylic paint extremely well. I wish I could afford another one to keep in his factory state, but he’s almost as much as a new doll! That’s OK. I do think the horse is worth the money and has great play and photography value.
