I wasn't planning on getting the tutu, but it was too difficult to resist. It has 4 layers of tulle: white on top, then gold, another white, and a slightly shorter layer of gold on the bottom. The waistband stretches nicely and it just slides on. The tulle is actually pretty soft, so it rolls up nicely for easy storage without getting crunched. I do think it is a little overpriced. I feel like they are reflecting the fact that real pancake tutus cost a fortune, even though this one was probably simpler to make than the $12 purple leotard, but I don't know much about how they do pricing, so I give it an A anyway!
