I love love LOVE this outfit! I think it is very well-made and detailed, and I want one for myself! (Sadly, AG never made them in women's sizes... 
As others have said before, AG took pains to make this dress so that the velcro wouldn't snag it. It has snaps instead of velcro, with the exception of a half inch of it at the belt. The coins add such a great touch, though I am missing the arm band and the bag. Here are some pics to give a better idea of what it looks like.

All in all, I give this dress an A!
