Butterfly Brocade Outfit (2005-2006)

The Butterfly Brocade Outfit is so great. It's my favorite modern dress by far. Why did they use velcro on the dress? The string is peeling. 
I find that with the shoes it helps to put one piece of double sided scotch tape on it. I'd post pictures, but i can't figure out how.
