Isabelle's Makeup Set

Isabelle has everything she needs to shine in the spotlight! This shiny black case features fancy scrollwork and a metallic "Isabelle" graphic. Plus, it has a mirrored top compartment and two additional drawers to store her gear. The complete set includes:
A black makeup case with multiple compartments
A pretend makeup palette built into the bottom drawer
A makeup brush
Pretend lip gloss
A sparkly purple hair pick
A doll-sized faux spray bottle
Six hairbands
Two sheets of nail stickers to give Isabelle a temporary manicure
Two sheets of "gem" stickers to decorate the case

I purchased this set in St. Louis in July 2014. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting from Isabelle's mid-year release, but it's adorable!!
Case: A
Pros: Very cute! I like the black color. Seems fairly sturdy. It's nice and compact. I actually like that Isabelle's name is on it because I'm using it for Isabelle; I like personalization.
Cons: Lack of versatility because Isabelle's name is on it.
Makeup Palette and Brush: A+
Pros: I love the little pretend makeup palette! So adorable! It reminds me of pretend beauty parlor sets I had as a child. I love that the brush has real soft bristles too!
Cons: None
Lip Gloss: A+
Pros: So cute!!! It's really squishy like a real lip gloss tube!
Cons: None!!
Spray Bottle: A
Pros: It's a tiny little spray bottle!!! and the top really compresses like you're spraying!! So much play value in that!
Cons: It does say Isabelle on the side, so it's not quite as versatile. Maybe that could just be the brand name or something if you wanted to use it for another doll?
Hair Pick & Hairbands: B
Pros: Nice to include a brush/pick & hairbands with the set.
Cons: I haven't used them and don't see myself using them. With the Dance Case too, Isabelle has a ton of Hairbands!
Nail Stickers and Gem Stickers: B
Pros: Cute to include stickers and really ups the play value. I would have loved those as a child.
Cons: Again, don't see myself using these.
Overall: A
Lip gloss tube and Spray bottle are my favorite pieces in the set! Overall just an adorable set! Great for play & for display! I little pricey, but it really is cute! I have it sitting in Isabelle's Studio right now:
