I agree with a B+. I would give it an A had it come with a little reticule and an A+ if it had an Colonial-era British guinea or pound coin.
Actually, Elizabeth can hold the fan if you wedge it between her fingers, but it is often dropped. I think it would actually be ivory or wood: if it was ivory, I would be glad that it was plastic here, or if it was wood, I'd be annoyed.
