I love this coat! It is similar to one I had as a kid, mine was brown. I'd give it an A+.
The coat is large enough to wear over the meet outfit and it ties with the sash; it is a thin coat, no good for MN, but would work for San Francisco. I can't tell what kind of fabric it is.
The furry collar goes all the way around and coat and the sash attaches to the back so it will not get lost. The hat is a cute knitted beret.
