Josefina's Outfit
Item# BKL03
$36
Josefina greets each beautiful morning and dresses for a day of baking, gardening, and learning to make medicines. This authentic 1824 New Mexican outfit features:
A white camisa edged in lace
A bright-red skirt printed with a sprinkling of tiny blue wildflowers
A beautiful blue woven sash
Soft white drawers
Faux-leather moccasins with laces
So pretty! I was glad we are able to purchase the new meet outfit for Josefina separately. Josefina looks beautiful in the bright new colors!

(original PC camisa - BeForever camisa)
The BeForever camisa is almost exactly like the original. It's thick, soft cotton. The only difference is the tiny trim around the edges is just slightly different than the original.

(original PC skirt - BeForever skirt)
The skirt is brighter red and has blue flowers dotting the background and yellow and blue 'trim' around the bottom edge. All of the trim and flowers are printed on the fabric, no embroidery at all. The weight of the BeForever skirt fabric is thinner than the fabric of the original PC meet skirt.

(original PC skirt - BeForever skirt)
The fake underskirt is 1.5 inches of white fabric sewn directly to the skirt -- on both old and new skirts. Only the trim on the underskirt is slightly different.

(original PC under-drawers - BeForever under-drawers)
I could not find any differences between these two under-drawers. They seem identical in size and design.

(original PC meet moccasins - BeForever meet moccasins)
The new meet moccasins are a man-made leather that are really sturdy. The design and execution of the moccasins are identical. The BeForever shoe-strings should actually last! (my PC strings have been replaced)

(original PC brown sash - BeForever blue sash)
These are the exact same design as well. The only difference, besides the color, is the BeForever blue sash is 1/2 inch longer.

I absolutely LOVE these bright colors on my Josefina. She seems very happy to have something so bright in her wardrobe.
