Unlike Green Chile Supergirl, I'm not a dancer, but I've always loved all kinds of dance, including ballet. Two of my dolls, Molly and Whitney, are dancers, and I thought this outfit would work for them. The leotard is cute...maybe a little too cute. I thought it seemed more like something a younger girl would wear. At any rate, it fits Whitney well and should work for most dolls. The tutu went over her torso easily, but I also don't like that the skirt can be seen under it. The tights are standard AG tights, but at least they included them. I like those full soles on the ballet shoes - it's easier for a doll to stand in them. The leg warmers seem a little thin, but they do go over the tights with some pulling. The set also includes two pink scrunchies.
While I also wish they hadn't felt the need to add that silly skirt to the leotard, I otherwise really like this. You get a lot of pieces for a decent price. Those who are bothered by the leotard may want to look up the more accurate version from the previous 3-In-1 Ballet Set on the secondary market.
