Outfit came with dress, pantalettes, knee high stockings, and black boots. I think the boots look more dark brown than black. Overall, love this outfit. I think that it looks very good on Ruthie. My Ruthie's a little chubbier I think--I had a little issue closing the Velcro in the dress but eventually got it. I used a homemade petticoat to fluff out the skirt--it really needs a petticoat or crinoline to get the full effect.
Sidenote: When I opened the box, I didn't see the pantalettes--they were folded nicely and tucked inside the dress. Very professional and reminded me of when I was a kid and my mom would put my underwear into the clothes she'd laid out for me--"You don't leave your panties laying around!" LOL.
