This dress gets an A+ from me. The material is a nice cotton with some weight to it (thicker than the blue Kite Flying/Flower-Picking dress, but not too thick. A good summery material.) The colors are very vibrant, but they work so well together. But the best part? It fits my Addy's PM body without making her look like a stuffed sausage! I love it even more now for that reason--my Addy can finally wear a BeForever outfit! And now that I've played around with the little accessories some more and discovered that the scissors fit perfectly into her hand so she can hold them, I am even more impressed than I was before.
I loved the little bird as soon as I saw it up close because it looks like a little marshmallow Peep!
I also don't mind that the pins aren't removable, because they would get lost in all of two seconds. The bird and cushion part is flocked, and the base is hard, shiny plastic. Scissors are plastic, and tape measure is yellow ribbon with plastic ends. IMO, that fact does not detract from the aesthetic value of these little pieces.
