Stilting Outfit - 1997 Special Edition (retired)

Here's my '95 Addy in the dress at least.
This is the second to last dress I needed to complete Addy's outfits (still missing that expensive and elusive Cape Isle outfit). I really wished I had asked for this outfit in addition to Kirsten's back when it was first released, as it would have been darn cheaper, but I was able to get a new in box version for an alright price. Putting this on Addy and taking her out of the current BF meet outfit, it was a stark reminder of how much AG has cut down in material on Addy's outfits. As you can see, the dress length covers her pantalettes and the skirt is nice and wide. The sleeves are also nice and poofy.
I have not removed the stilts, but I imaging as would have a hard time trying to get a photo of Addy on stilts, as my doll has loose legs from sitting on a shelf for many years and not thinking how that would stretch the leg elastics.
I think it is a nice dress that could be used for all seasons, though I do agree with EofA that perhaps the color purple is not the best for Addy in particular. I give it an A.
