Glass-eyed mini-Josefina has arrived! YAY for me. Here are some comparison photos of her and my Mattel painted-eyed mini-Josefina.
PC glass-eyed mini/ Mattel painted-eyed mini
You are able to see many differences in the girls right off the bat. The PC doll is noticeably shorter. She measures 6" exactly while the Mattel mini is 6 1/4". Looks like a bigger difference, but when you're that small, everything looks grander.

Her skin is obviously darker too. And her earrings are angled to face front rather than sideways of the Mattel doll's. The PC doll's arms and legs are more of a thick rubber than plastic and they are a bit flexible. Also the PC doll has a wig while the Mattel doll has rooted hair.

She still is a lovely doll and has a unique face shape. We love her and are glad she has joined our family of minis.
