I have a Caroline comparison to add to this review board, because the eyebrows did indeed change on some dolls after the BeForever debut to a darker paint shade. On the left of each picture is a Caroline purchased on May 6, 2015, and on the right is a Caroline purchased in Novemeber of 2013. I think this subtle change makes a great deal of difference in her face, but YMMV. There are also differences in each face mold, anyway. The older Caroline has more deep set, narrow eyes, a lower brow, and a slightly rounder face. She also has a fluffier wig, but I think that has varied between each doll from the very beginning, and has nothing really to do with the pre- or post-BF timeline.
I use the older Caroline as my Marta doll, as her lighter eyebrows go well with the idea that she is a light-haired Scandinavian.
