Found my copy at Half Price Books in new condition including all pieces and stickers. It's extremely nice and if filled out would turn out exceptionally well done and harkons back to PC heirloom quality.
Each section has a page with AG illustrations.
There's big envelopes to store momentos and pages to fill out.
Pocket in the back with stickers and stencil. The screws are in a baggie taped to the book.
