Crinolines were commonly worn to add fullness to skirts in the 1950s. This pink crinoline features ribbon edging for a pretty touch—and Maryellen can wear it to add extra poof to any skirt or dress!
I got this for my Ellie since I'm not sewing tulle. Very historically accurate. It seems like thick, Slightly scratchy tulle. It gives great body to skirts without them bursting with floof. I've tried it under her school, birthday and meet dress they all look much better with the crinoline under them. It doesn't peak out the bottom at all and seems the perfect length her for clothes. for 16$ I wish it would've been a full underwear set, And I wish it had a real waist band instead of just elastic sewn on. It's nothing spectacular but it does the job well. I give it a solid A
