To answer your questions quickly until the member has time to do a review, I have purchased the slow cooker, and I am really happy with it. The cooker is made of plastic, but it appears to be a good scale, at least to my eye. The other pieces are good scale too, I think. The butter dish is the best part, it's adorable! The lid comes off, although the butter stick is stuck to the little blue dish. The butter knife is nice, heavy metal!
Yes, it is kind of weird that the chicken has grill marks, but members have suggested that maybe the person grilled the chicken first a little to get the marks and then put the chicken in the cooker. And, yes, broccoli would likely turn to mush in a slow cooker, but it is still pretty cute, and I applaud AG for having separate food pieces that aren't stuck together!
