I bought my Lea the day of her release, a first for me. I think she is lovely! I was a bit nervous about her eyebrows at first, as I saw a few dolls with slightly "angry" looking brows. I think I found a good one though. Her eye brows are perfect. Her hair is beautiful, curly and layered, a lovely caramel color with sun-kissed highlights. Her skin color is tan and works well with her other features. Her eyes are a blend of the AG green/Hazel with a touch of Caroline. 
I really love her messenger bag and compass that are included with the doll. In my pictures, she is also wearing her earrings, bracelet and headband, which are sold separately from the doll.

I think her meet outfit is ok for the most part, but matching up the stripes at the seams would have been a nice detail.

One thing to note, some people have found indent marks on their Lea's ankles from the rubber bands that hold her in the box. My Lea also had this on her right ankle. I don't think I will exchange her since I love her face so much, but we'll see.
